Your family gets its own inbox.

Forward a school email once — or set a forwarding rule — and Orbena turns incoming information into proposed events, tasks, deadlines and things to prepare. It checks what your plan already has: if a message only repeats something that is already there, and Orbena can tell for sure, there is nothing to confirm again. Anything new, changed or unclear waits for you to check before it becomes part of your family plan.

Not everything arrives by email. Share a WhatsApp message, or add a screenshot, a photo, a PDF, a voice note or a line of text — it is handled the same way.

Not an email app: Orbena reads only what arrives at your family address — never your own mailbox — and a sender it has not seen before waits until you let it in. PDF and photo attachments are read with the email, up to three; any other file is marked as not read.

Not a feature list for its own sake — each of these exists because a parent would otherwise hold it in their head, retype it, or chase someone about it.

  • Add it the way you already got it

    A screenshot of the class group, a photo of a paper note, a PDF from school, a short voice note after a phone call, or a line of text. Share a message straight into the app from WhatsApp instead of retyping it.

  • Family Inbox: let school mail come to you

    Your family gets its own email address. Forward a message to it and it is handled exactly like something you added yourself: what is new waits for you to check, and a repeat of what you already have needs nothing from you. Set a rule in your mailbox once and the one after that arrives without you having to spot it.

  • It reads it and proposes the details

    Dates, deadlines, what to bring, which child it concerns, and whether it is something new, a change to an existing event, a cancellation — or only a repeat of what you already have. You check what is new, changed or unclear before it is saved; a repeat Orbena can tell for sure needs nothing from you.

  • Today shows what needs you now

    What still needs a decision comes first, then what happens today and next. A morning summary flags what nobody has taken responsibility for yet, so it does not surface an hour before pickup.

  • Hand something over without the other person installing anything

    Send one event or task as a private link. The other parent, a grandparent or a babysitter accepts, declines or marks it done in a browser, and you see the answer in the app.

  • It remembers so you stop rebuilding the same facts

    Weekly training, monthly fees and repeating obligations keep repeating, with who drives. Usual kit and location are proposed again for the same kind of event, and every entry keeps a link back to the message it came from.

  • Health as memory, not medicine

    Appointments, vaccinations already given, notes after a visit and a follow-up reminder you confirm yourself. No diagnosis, no treatment advice, no interpretation of results.

Quick answers before you install

Is this another family calendar?+

No. The goal is reducing the mental load of remembering and coordinating child-related actions — not maintaining a shared schedule grid. The app opens on what needs you today, not on a month view.

Do both parents need the app?+

No. One coordinating parent gets the full value alone. A single event or task can be handed to the other parent, a grandparent or a babysitter through a private link they open in a browser — they confirm, decline or mark it done without installing anything.

Does the AI actually work, or is this a mock-up?+

It works in the Android app: it reads a screenshot, photo, PDF, short voice note or pasted text and proposes what to add, change or cancel — you confirm anything new, changed or cancelled before it is saved, and a message that only repeats what is already there, when Orbena can tell for sure, needs nothing from you. The examples on this page are scripted, so you can click through them without handing over anything about your child.

What happens to a screenshot of my child’s school message?+

Files are uploaded to private storage and read so the app can propose the dates and tasks. A photo or PDF is deleted once its item is saved or completed, or when you remove it; a dismissed or never-reviewed item keeps its file until you remove it or delete the family. A voice recording is deleted once a usable transcript exists. Content is sent to our AI provider only to be read, is not used to train models, and never reaches analytics. On this website analytics start only after consent; the app's analytics never receive child names, health notes or message content.

Which phone do I need?+

Android — Orbena is available on Google Play now. iOS is not available yet.

Does it replace the school app, the class group chat or the team app?+

No — it sits on top of them. Those keep sending messages; this turns a message into the dates, deadlines, preparation and responsibilities your family actually has to handle, and keeps the source so you can check where a detail came from.

What does it cost?+

Installing Orbena from Google Play is free, and every new family gets 14 days of the full app at no cost — no card needed. After that, Orbena asks for one subscription per family, paid through Google Play: Orbena Family, monthly or annual — never a fee per child or per caregiver. The first 100 paying families get Founding Family, a lower price for up to 12 months. Without a subscription, everything you have saved stays visible and nothing is deleted. Prices are set per country in Google Play; the pricing page shows them for every country where Orbena is sold.

Is there a free plan?+

There is no permanent free plan. The demo on this page is free and needs no account, and in the app every new family gets 14 days of the full Orbena, no card needed. If you do not subscribe after that, everything you have saved stays visible — only adding new things pauses.

Which languages does it support?+

English and Polish, both first-class — including the messages you hand to someone else. Product analytics and error monitoring are hosted in the EU.

How are you preparing for the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)?+

We completed the CRA pre-qualification questionnaire on Biznes.gov.pl. The result indicated the standard-product path, with us as the manufacturer and internal control (Module A) as the minimum conformity-assessment route. That assessment is still ahead of us.

The pre-qualification result is informational: it is not a certification or an EU declaration of conformity under the CRA.
